My Story:
A gift of inspiration
Long ago I had forgotten who I really was. I had forgotten that I could be loved unconditionally by me and that everything I wanted was already there deep inside me. This deep forgottenness led to a lifetime of striving, wanting, and a feeling deep inside me that I wasn’t enough. By my mid-20s, I had reached a point of what many would call ‘ultimate success’ (fancy house, six figure income, 2 beautiful kids, and a wonderful husband), yet this disconnection from who I was grew larger and larger. This disconnection led to a lack of self-love and worthiness for my own self-care. And I believe this was a large part of why I was chronically sick for 9 years with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and chronic migraines - a very hard and dark time in my life.
Our Intention
Our deepest wish is to create sacred space for others so that you too can create time for your own self-care and deep remembering. We believe in women lifting up each other and encouraging each other to be playful and curious and to allow ourselves to remember deeply who we are. May we tune into the energy around us and within us so we can co-create a beautiful life! And so it is.
