Service Description

Let's create a sacred space together for deep connection with our inner selves; cultivating our inner soil for the growth of our dream seeds in tune with the cycles of the moon. Letting go and releasing; opening a space for our hearts to dance through relaxing and fun meditative exercises, reflection, and sharing. Opening & Intention (align with the energy of the season and moon cycle and set out intention, release anything that is not serving us - create sacred space) 2. Deep wisdom & playful exploration (reflective and explorative exercise - meditation, music, gentle movement, etc) 3. Circle Sharing & Sisterhood (share any insights or wisdom with each other, feel the power and support of our sisterhood) 4. Gratitude & Closing Blessing (gratitude for ourselves showing up & each other's presence, gratitude for Mother Earth, blessing for ourselves and all beings)
